On the surface, bodyweight training can seem limited. Even progressive calisthenics, with one arm push-ups and pull-ups, can appear to have a limited range of progression.
Which is why I get a lot of questions asking how to go beyond such limitations. The fact is, this limitation is more in the head than an inherent limitation within the system. Like all skillful disciplines, there's an infinite range of potential, but the real limitations are within oneself.
